Cisco Property definition

Cisco Property means such items owned and provided by Cisco under this Agreement or developed by or for Cisco under this Agreement and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto. Cisco Property shall include any derivatives, improvements or modifications thereto or thereof and any Intellectual Property rights related thereto.
Cisco Property means all pre-existing Cisco intellectual property, technology, equipment, property, other materials, information, techniques, or processes used in the Research Program, or that contributed to, the development of any Research Program deliverables, and any derivatives, improvements, or modifications thereto or thereof, and any Intellectual Property Rights related to the foregoing.
Cisco Property means all Cisco intellectual property, technology, equipment, property, materials, information, techniques, data, and/or processes furnished or furnished and used in a Research Project, or all derivatives, improvements, or modifications thereto, including all Intellectual Property Rights of Cisco to such Cisco Property, regardless of which Party first made, created, conceived of, or reduced them to practice.”
