City Deed definition

City Deed means the Statutory Warranty Deed of the City conveying the City Property and the Right-of-Way Property – Eastern 30 Feet to the Company, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.
City Deed means Attachment No. 18 to this Agreement.
City Deed means and refers to a quitclaim deed in substantially the form of Exhibit “E” to this Agreement, conveying all of the City’s interest in the Property to the Developer.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Bond Agreement means this bond agreement, including any Attachments to which it refers, and any subsequent amendments and additions agreed between the Parties.
