City MPD definition

City MPD means the City of Milwaukee Police Department, a department of the City.

  • The City shall not unreasonably deny Agency’s requests; however, the decision of the City MPD Commanding Officer shall control.

  • At any time during the term of this Agreement, City MPD has the sole discretion to decline assignment or deployment of any Agency Personnel at any time without cause or explanation.

  • Agency shall assign Agency Personnel to complete those assignments provided to Agency by City MPD Commanding Officer in accordance with Section 4.2. Should Agency object to any specific assignment, Agency shall make such objection known immediately after receipt of the assignment to the City MPD Commanding Officer who shall reasonably attempt to accommodate Agency; provided that the decision of City MPD Commanding Officer and the requirements of the Security Plan shall control.

  • City Manager means the City Manager of the City.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Capacity Market Seller means a Member that owns, or has the contractual authority to control the output or load reduction capability of, a Capacity Resource, that has not transferred such authority to another entity, and that offers such resource in the Base Residual Auction or an Incremental Auction.

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • City Property means any real property owned by City, whether in fee or other ownership estate of interest.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • City Council means the City Council of the City.

  • Host county means the county within the human service zone in which the human service zone administrative office is located and in which the human service zone team members are employed.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Signage means advertising displays, hoardings, Glow signs, neon signs, LED signs, LCD signs, any digital signs, any sort of display intended to convey information and described in the schedule.

  • Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Setback means the minimum distance from a specified boundary that a structure or other feature must be located.

  • Transient non-community water system or “transient non-CWS” means a non- CWS that does not regularly serve at least 25 of the same persons over six months of the year.
