City may withhold payment for any Agency Personnel refusing to perform the work assigned by City MPD pursuant to Section 5.3 of this Agreement.
City MPD Commanding Officer, or his/her designee, will communicate the specific assignments for Agency Personnel to the Agency Commanding Officer.
At any time during the term of this Agreement, City MPD has the sole discretion to decline assignment or deployment of any Agency Personnel at any time without cause or explanation.
