  • The City shall not unreasonably deny Agency’s requests; however, the decision of the City MPD Commanding Officer shall control.

Should Agency object to any specific assignment, Agency shall make such objection known immediately after receipt of the assignment to the City MPD Commanding Officer who shall reasonably attempt to accommodate Agency; provided that the decision of City MPD Commanding Officer and the requirements of the Security Plan shall control.

  • City MPD Commanding Officer, or his/her designee, will communicate the specific assignments for Agency Personnel to the Agency Commanding Officer.
