City Parcel definition

City Parcel means that portion of the Site generally depicted on Exhibit A that is owned by the City on which the Parking Facility will be constructed.
City Parcel means as defined in Recital H.
City Parcel means the portion of the Property that is owned by the City at the Southwest corner of East 5th Street and North Jefferson Street, on which the Parking Facility will be constructed, the legal description of which is set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Neither the method of computation of funding or any other provisions contained in this Agreement or any acts of any party shall be deemed or construed by the City, Parcel Owners, or by any third person to create the relationship of partnership or of joint venture or of any association between the parties other than the contractual relationship stated in this Agreement.

  • In the event the Developer fails to close on the Developer Parcel within the time frame and under the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement this Option will immediately expire and the City will have no further obligation to sale any portion of the Balance of the City Parcel to the Developer.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to mean sea level, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of coastal or riverine areas.
