City Project Cost Subaccount definition

City Project Cost Subaccount means that portion of the Project Cost Account of the Development Program Fund set aside for the City as allowed for in the Financial Plan Section of the Development Program and established and maintained pursuant to Article II hereof
City Project Cost Subaccount means the City Project Cost Subaccount of the Project Cost Account established and maintained according to Article II hereof.
City Project Cost Subaccount means that portion of the Project Cost Account of the Development Program Fund for the District set aside for the City’s approved project costs, identified in the Development Program for the District, established and maintained according to Article II hereof.

Examples of City Project Cost Subaccount in a sentence

  • The Development Program Fund Project Cost Account shall consist of and be separated into at least two separate subaccounts: the Developer Project Cost Subaccount (the “Developer Project Cost Subaccount”) and the City Project Cost Subaccount (the “City Project Cost Subaccount”).

  • The Project Cost Account shall also contain two subaccounts designated as the “City Project Cost Subaccount” and the “Company Project Cost Subaccount.” All funds properly placed in the City Project Cost Subaccount and the Sinking Fund shall be the sole and exclusive property of the City and shall not be subject in any way to the terms or provisions of this Agreement.

  • The City shall deposit in the City Project Cost Subaccount the balance of the TIF Revenues related that portion of the Developer’s property upon which the Project is located.All funds deposited into the City Project Cost Subaccount will be used to pay or costs of the public facilities, improvements, and programs described in Table 1 hereof.

More Definitions of City Project Cost Subaccount

City Project Cost Subaccount means that portion of the Project Cost Account of the Development Program Fund for the District set aside for the City established and maintained according to Article II hereof.

Related to City Project Cost Subaccount

  • Construction Account means the account by that name established in the FGR Subordinated Indebtedness Fund pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • Project Costs means the costs of the construction, acquisition or equipping of the Project, as further described in the Project Budget, and such other costs as may be approved in writing by the Department, provided such costs are permitted by the Act.

  • Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Construction Loan means the loan to finance construction of the Apartment Housing, made to Owner by the Construction Lender.

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Qualified Project Costs means costs paid with respect to the Project that meet each of the following requirements: (i) the costs are properly chargeable to capital account (or would be a so chargeable with a proper election by the Borrower or but for a proper election by the Borrower to deduct such costs) in accordance with general federal income tax principles and in accordance with Section 1.103-8(a)(1) of the Regulations, provided, however, that only such portion of the interest accrued during rehabilitation or construction of the Project (in the case of rehabilitation, with respect to vacated units only) shall be eligible to be a Qualified Project Cost as bears the same ratio to all such interest as the Qualified Project Costs bear to all costs of the acquisition and construction or rehabilitation of the Project; and provided further that interest accruing after the Completion Date (as defined in the Regulatory Agreement) shall not be a Qualified Project Cost; and provided still further that if any portion of the Project is being constructed or rehabilitated by an Affiliate (whether as general contractor or a subcontractor), Qualified Project Costs shall include only (A) the actual out of pocket costs incurred by such affiliate in constructing or rehabilitating the Project (or any portion thereof) and (B) any overhead expenses incurred by such affiliate which are directly attributable to the work performed on the Project, and shall not include, for example, intercompany profits resulting from members of an “affiliated group” (within the meaning of Section 1504 of the Code) participating in the rehabilitation or construction of the Project or payments received by such affiliate due to early completion of the Project (or any portion thereof); (ii) the costs are paid with respect to a qualified residential rental project or projects within the meaning of Section 142(d) of the Code, (iii) the costs are paid after the earlier of 60 days prior to May 20, 2021, being the date on which the Governmental Lender first declared its “official intent” to reimburse costs paid with respect to the Project (within the meaning of Section 1.150-2 of the Regulations) or the date of issue of the Funding Loan, and (iv) if the costs of the acquisition and construction or rehabilitation of the Project were previously paid and are to be reimbursed with proceeds of the Funding Loan such costs were (A) “preliminary expenditures” (within the meaning of Section 1.150-2(f)(2) of the Regulations) with respect to the Project (such as architectural, engineering and soil testing services) incurred before commencement of acquisition and construction or rehabilitation of the Project that do not exceed 20% of the issue price of the Funding Loan (as defined in Section 1.148-1 of the Regulations), or (B) were capital expenditures with respect to the Project that are reimbursed no later than 18 months after the later of the date the expenditure was paid or the date the Project is placed in service (but no later than three years after the expenditures is paid); provided, however, that (w) Costs of Funding shall not be deemed to be Qualified Project Costs;(x) fees, charges or profits (including, without limitation, any Developer Fee) payable to the Borrower or a “related person” (within the meaning of Section 144(a)(3) of the Code) shall not be deemed to be Qualified Project Costs; (y) letter of credit fees and municipal bond insurance premiums which represent a transfer of credit risk shall be allocated between Qualified Project Costs and other costs and expenses to be paid from the proceeds of the Funding Loan; and (z) letter of credit fees and municipal bond insurance premiums which do not represent a transfer of credit risk (including, without limitation, letter of credit fees payable to a “related person” to the Borrower) shall not constitute Qualified Project Costs.

  • Casualty Retainage means an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the costs actually incurred for work in place as part of the Restoration, as certified by the Casualty Consultant, until the Restoration has been completed. The Casualty Retainage shall in no event, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth above in this Section 6.4(b), be less than the amount actually held back by Borrower from contractors, subcontractors and materialmen engaged in the Restoration. The Casualty Retainage shall not be released until the Casualty Consultant certifies to Lender that the Restoration has been completed in accordance with the provisions of this Section 6.4(b) and that all approvals necessary for the re-occupancy and use of the Property have been obtained from all appropriate governmental and quasi-governmental authorities, and Lender receives evidence satisfactory to Lender that the costs of the Restoration have been paid in full or will be paid in full out of the Casualty Retainage; provided, however, that Lender will release the portion of the Casualty Retainage being held with respect to any contractor, subcontractor or materialman engaged in the Restoration as of the date upon which the Casualty Consultant certifies to Lender that the contractor, subcontractor or materialman has satisfactorily completed all work and has supplied all materials in accordance with the provisions of the contractor’s, subcontractor’s or materialman’s contract, the contractor, subcontractor or materialman delivers the lien waivers and evidence of payment in full of all sums due to the contractor, subcontractor or materialman as may be reasonably requested by Lender or by the title company issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and Lender receives an endorsement to the Title Insurance Policy insuring the continued priority of the lien of the Mortgage and evidence of payment of any premium payable for such endorsement. If required by Lender, the release of any such portion of the Casualty Retainage shall be approved by the surety company, if any, which has issued a payment or performance bond with respect to the contractor, subcontractor or materialman.

  • Project Fund means the fund required to be established by this Resolution for the deposit of the proceeds of the Bonds.

  • Completion Accounts means the consolidated balance sheet of the Group as at the Completion Date to be prepared in accordance with Schedule 8 (Completion Accounts);

  • Project Funds means all moneys disbursed to the Recipient by the State Water Board for eligible Project Costs pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Restoration Retainage as used in this Subsection 7.4(b) shall mean an amount equal to 10% of the costs actually incurred for work in place as part of the Restoration, as certified by the Casualty Consultant, until such time as the Casualty Consultant certifies to Lender that Net Proceeds representing 50% of the required Restoration have been disbursed. There shall be no Restoration Retainage with respect to costs actually incurred by Borrower for work in place in completing the last 50% of the required Restoration. The Restoration Retainage shall in no event, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth above in this Subsection 7.4(b), be less than the amount actually held back by Borrower from contractors, subcontractors and materialmen engaged in the Restoration. The Restoration Retainage shall not be released until the Casualty Consultant certifies to Lender that the Restoration has been completed in accordance with the provisions of this Subsection 7.4(b) and that all approvals necessary for the re-occupancy and use of the Property have been obtained from all appropriate governmental and quasi-governmental authorities, and Lender receives evidence satisfactory to Lender that the costs of the Restoration have been paid in full or will be paid in full out of the Restoration Retainage, provided, however, that Lender will release the portion of the Restoration Retainage being held with respect to any contractor, subcontractor or materialman engaged in the Restoration as of the date upon which the Casualty Consultant certifies to Lender that the contractor, subcontractor or materialman has satisfactorily completed all work and has supplied all materials in accordance with the provisions of the contractor’s, subcontractor’s or materialman’s contract, and the contractor, subcontractor or materialman delivers the lien waivers and evidence of payment in full of all sums due to the contractor, subcontractor or materialman as may be reasonably requested by Lender or by the title company insuring the lien of the Security Instrument. If required by Lender, the release of any such portion of the Restoration Retainage shall be approved by the surety company, if any, which has issued a payment or performance bond with respect to the contractor, subcontractor or materialman.

  • Construction Fund means an account specifically identified in the Indenture to hold funds which are currently available for expenditure to acquire or construct public facilities eligible under the Act.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Total Project Costs means (a) the costs paid or incurred or to be paid or incurred by a Borrower Related Party in connection with or incidental to the acquisition, design, construction and equipping of the Project, including legal, administrative, engineering, planning, design, insurance, and costs of issuance; (b) amounts, if any, required by the Indenture Documents or the TIFIA Loan Documents to be paid into any fund or account upon the incurrence of the TIFIA Loan or any Secured Obligations; (c) payments when due (whether at the maturity of principal, the due date of interest, or upon optional or mandatory prepayment) during the Construction Period in respect of any indebtedness of the Borrower or any Credit Enhancement maintained by a Borrower Related Party, in each case in connection with the Project (other than the TIFIA Loan); and (d) costs of equipment and supplies and initial working capital and reserves required by the Borrower Related Parties for the commencement of operation of the Project, including general administrative expenses and overhead of the Borrower.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Individual development account means a contract between an account holder and a fiduciary organization, for the deposit of funds into a financial institution by the account holder, and the deposit of matching funds into the financial institution by the fiduciary organization, to allow the account holder to accumulate assets for use toward achieving a specific purpose approved by the fiduciary organization.

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.
