Civil Year definition

Civil Year means a period of twelve (12) consecutive Months according to the Gregorian Calendar beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31.
Civil Year period of twelve consecutive (12) months commencing on 1 January and finalising on 31 December every year.

Examples of Civil Year in a sentence

  • The minimum period for amortization shall be five (5) Civil Years (of ten (10) Civil Years with respect to the production transportation fixed assets) starting from the Civil Year during which the fixed assets are carried out, or starting from the Civil Year during which said fixed assets are placed in normal service if this latter Civil Year is later.

  • If, during a Civil Year, the value of the above-mentioned maximum production share, determined according to the provisions of Article 21 hereinabove, is greater than the Oil Producer Costs to be recovered during said Year, the Contractor shall receive only such lesser percentage of the production which is necessary and sufficient to recover the Oil Producer Costs.

  • If the State decides to take its production share in kind, in all or in part, the Minister shall notify the Contractor thereof at least three (3) months before each six-month period of the Civil Year indicating the exact quantity it wishes to take during the following Civil Year six-month period.

  • The Contractor holds per Civil Year, in accordance with the regulations in effect in Senegal and the provisions of the present Contract, a separate accounting of the Oil Operations which enables the establishing of a profits and losses account and a balance sheet indicating both the results of said operations as well as the credit and liability items assigned thereto or directly relating thereto.

  • At the end of each Civil Year, the Contractor shall prepare, in agreement with the Ministry, a recruitment plan and a training plan to achieve an increased and broader participation of the Senegalese personnel in the Oil Operations.

Related to Civil Year

  • Civil penalty means a penalty which is imposed on a credit provider by the operation of this Act and under which the debtor is not liable to pay to the credit provider an amount otherwise payable under a regulated contract.

  • Civil Service Commission means the commission required under Section 5 of Article XI of the Michigan Constitution of 1963.

  • School year means the period beginning July 1 and ending June 30 next following.

  • Policy Year means the period of time these Terms and Benefits are in force. The first Policy Year shall be the period from the Policy Effective Date to the day immediately preceding the first Renewal Date as specified in the Policy Schedule (both days inclusive) within one (1) year period; and each subsequent Policy Year shall be the one (1) year period from each Renewal Date.

  • Equal Employment Opportunity For any federally assisted construction contract, as defined in 41 CFR 60-1.3, the contractor, subcontractor, subrecipient shall follow all of the requirements of the Equal Opportunity Clause as stated in 41 CFR 60-1.4.

  • Next of kin of a covered servicemember means the nearest blood relative other than the covered servicemember’s spouse, parent, son, or daughter, in the following order of priority: blood relatives who have been granted legal custody of the covered servicemember by court decree or statutory provisions, brothers and sisters, grandparents, aunts and uncles, and first cousins, unless the covered servicemember has specifically designated in writing another blood relative as his or her nearest blood relative for purposes of military caregiver leave under the FMLA. When no such designation is made and there are multiple family members with the same level of relationship to the covered servicemember, all such family members shall be considered the covered servicemember’s next of kin, and the employee may take FMLA leave to provide care to the covered servicemember, either consecutively or simultaneously. When such designation has been made, the designated individual shall be deemed to be the covered servicemember’s only next of kin.
