Claim Date definition

Claim Date means the first date set out in the relevant Firm Scheme Details on which the Grant Recipient is entitled to submit a claim for the relevant First Tranche pursuant to Clause 14 (Grant Claim Procedures);
Claim Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.5(b).
Claim Date means the date during the Claim Window that a Claim is made by the Insured or on the Insured’s behalf. Since a Policy allows for partial Claims (i.e. on a portion of the total Units insured), there may be more than one Claim Date on a Policy.
