Claimant Agreement definition

Claimant Agreement means “Claimant Agreement” as that term is defined in the Second Amended Plan of Reorganization.
Claimant Agreement means that certain Settlement Agreement Between Congoleum and Various Asbestos Claimants, as amended by the first amendment thereto, entered into by Congoleum and certain Asbestos Claimants, through their counsel, prior to the Petition Date, as the same may be further amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.
