Claims Register means the official register of Claims maintained by the Notice and Claims Agent.
Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.
Claims Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which Proofs of Claim must be Filed, as established by: (a) the Bar Date Order; (b) a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court; or (c) the Plan.
Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.
National Registry means the National Registry of Practising Lawyers established under the National Mobility Agreement;
Disputed Claims Reserve means a reserve of Cash that may be funded on or after the Effective Date pursuant to Article VII.E hereof.
Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment under Section 503(B)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(B)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Notice of Bar Dates [Docket No. 482], as such order may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.
Administrative Claim Bar Date means the deadline for filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which shall be 30 days after the Effective Date.
Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCR) means an entity defined under Rule 2(1) of the Rules, to receive, store, safeguard and retrieve the KYC records in digital form of a customer.
Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.
Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which a proof of Claim must be or must have been Filed, as established by an order of the Bankruptcy Court, including a Bar Date Order and the Confirmation Order.
Final Order means, as applicable, an order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the relevant subject matter that has not been reversed, stayed, modified, or amended, and as to which the time to appeal or seek certiorari has expired and no appeal or petition for certiorari has been timely taken, or as to which any appeal that has been taken or any petition for certiorari that has been or may be filed has been resolved by the highest court to which the order or judgment could be appealed or from which certiorari could be sought or the new trial, reargument, or rehearing shall have been denied, resulted in no modification of such order, or has otherwise been dismissed with prejudice.
International Registry means the international registry established pursuant to the Cape Town Treaty.
Claims Agent means Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC.
Authorized Claimant means a Settlement Class Member who submits a Proof of Claim Form to the Claims Administrator that is approved by the Court for payment from the Net Settlement Fund.
deeds registry means a deeds registry as defined in section 102 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);
Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.
Hearing aid means an instrument or device designed for regular and constant use in or proximate to the human ear and represented as aiding or improving defective human hearing.
Claims and Noticing Agent means Epiq Bankruptcy Solutions, LLC, retained as the Debtors’ notice and claims agent pursuant to the Order Approving the Retention and Appointment of Epiq Bankruptcy Solutions as the Claims and Noticing Agent for the Debtors [D.I. 321].
PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA.
Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.
Pending Litigation means a proceeding in a court of law whose activity is in progress but not yet completed.
customs territory of the Union means the territory as defined in Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 of 12 October 1992 establishing the Community Customs Code (2) and in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 of 2 July 1993 laying down provisions for the implementation of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 (3);
Customs territory of the United States means the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
Account Opening Application Form means the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client, on-line on the Company’s Website and/or mobile application(s) and/or in hard copy, in order to apply for the Company’s Services under the Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain amongst other things information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, financial profile and appropriateness in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.
Claims Administration means the processing of claims made under the Shared Policies, including the reporting of claims to the insurance carriers, management and defense of claims and providing for appropriate releases upon settlement of claims.
