Examples of Class 1 Common Stock in a sentence
Each holder of shares of Class 1 Common Stock shall be entitled to ten (10) votes for each share thereof held.
Upon the conversion of any then-outstanding shares of Class 1 Common Stock into Class 2 Common Stock upon the Final Conversion Date, such conversion shall be deemed to have been made upon the Final Conversion Date.
