Class A-1 Extension Fees definition

Class A-1 Extension Fees means the fees payable pursuant to the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 VFN Fee Letter in connection with the extension of a Commitment Termination Date.
Class A-1 Extension Fees has the meaning given to the termExtension Fees” in the Series 2020-1 Class A-1 VFN Committed Note Purchaser Fee Letter.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2027.
