Liquidity Facility “Loan Trustee”, “Long-Term Rating”, “Non-Extended Facility”, “Operative Agreements”, “Participation Agreements”, “Performing Equipment Note”, “Person”, “Pool Balance”, “Rating Agencies”, “Regular Distribution Date”, “Replacement Liquidity Facility”, “Responsible Officer”, “Series A Equipment Notes”, “Scheduled Payment”, “Short-Term Rating”, “Special Payment”, “Stated Interest Rate”, “Subordination Agent”, “Taxes”, “Threshold Rating”, “Trust Agreement”, “Trustee”, “Underwriters”, “Underwriting Agreement” and “United States”.
Liquidity Facilities means, collectively, the Class A Liquidity Facility and the Class B Liquidity Facility.
Class A Liquidity Provider has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Liquidity Facility Provider means a Person that is a party to a Liquidity Facility with the Authority with respect to specified Bonds and whose credit rating by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements.
Class B Liquidity Provider has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.
Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.
Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.
Class A-1 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2003-2 Interest Period, 1.32% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2003-2 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2003-2 Interest Period plus 0.20% per annum.
Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, interest accrued for the related Interest Accrual Period on the Class B Notes at the interest rate for such Class on the Outstanding Amount of the Notes of such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date (or, in the case of the initial Payment Date, on the Closing Date), after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date. For all purposes of this Agreement and the Basic Documents, interest with respect to all Class B Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. The interest due on these Classes of notes on each Payment Date will be the product of: · the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class B Notes; · the Class B Interest Rate; and · 30 (or, in the case of the initial Payment Date, 26) divided by 360.
Required Subordinated Amount of Class B Notes means, for the Class A(2022-1) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of
Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-1 Note means any of the 0.23000% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class A Required Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.04(a).

Class A-1 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in such Interest Period and a year assumed to consist of 360 days) on the Class A‑1 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑1 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance.
Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage).
