Class A-2 Interest Amount definition

Class A-2 Interest Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, one month's interest (or, with respect to the first Payment Date, interest from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the first Payment Date) at the Class A-2 Interest Rate on the Class A-2 Principal Balance for such Payment Date.
Class A-2 Interest Amount means, for each Interest Accrual Period, the product of (i) the Note Interest Rate applicable to the Class A-2 Notes as of the first day of such Interest Accrual Period, (ii) the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the first day of such Interest Accrual Period (after giving effect to all distributions made on such day) and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 360.
Class A-2 Interest Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date ------------------------- and the related Interest Reset Period, an amount equal to interest at the Class A-2 Interest Rate on the Class A-2 Principal Balance.

More Definitions of Class A-2 Interest Amount

Class A-2 Interest Amount means, for each Interest Period, the product of (i) the Note Interest Rate applicable to the Class A-2 Notes for such Interest Period, (ii) the weighted average Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Notes during such Interest Period (after giving effect to all distributions made on such day and excluding the amount of any Draw funded by a Class A-2 Noteholder in connection with its failure to satisfy the Rating Criteria), and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Period and the denominator of which is 360, such product to be remitted to each Class A-2 Noteholder pursuant to the Priority of Payments in accordance with such Class A-2 Noteholder’s Class A-2 Interest Allocation Percentage.
Class A-2 Interest Amount means any Interest Amount payable in respect of the Class A-2 Notes pursuant to Condition 6 (e)(ii)(Determination of Floating Rate of Interest and Calculation of Interest Amount) which may be denominated in Euro or a Class A-2 Currency.
Class A-2 Interest Amount means the amount to be paid by the Swap Counterparty to the Issuer in respect of the Class A-2 Notes on any Payment Date, which will be the amount of interest that accrued on the Class A-2 Notional Amount at the Class A-2 Interest Rate from the preceding Payment Date to such current Payment Date.
Class A-2 Interest Amount means, for each Interest Period, the product of (i) the Note Interest Rate applicable to the Class A-2 Notes for such Interest Period, (ii) the weighted average Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Notes during such Interest Period, and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Period and the denominator of which is 360, such product to be remitted to each Class A-2 Noteholder pursuant to the Priority of Payments in accordance with such Class A-2 Noteholder’s Class A-2 Interest Allocation Percentage.
Class A-2 Interest Amount means an amount equal to one-twelfth of the product of the Class A-2 Remittance Rate, and the Class A-2 Principal Balance, as of the preceding Remittance Date, after giving effect to distributions of principal and interest to be made on such Remittance Date (or, in the case of the first Remittance Date, interest accruing from the Closing Date to but excluding the first Remittance Date, at the Class A-2 Remittance Rate on the Original Class A-2 Principal Balance).

  • Class A-2 Interest Rate means _____% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class B-2 Interest Shortfall Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount by which the Interest Accrual Amount of the Class B-2 Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date exceeds the amount distributed in respect of the Class B-2 Certificates on such Distribution Date pursuant to Paragraph eighth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class A-2 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Class A-2 Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and any outstanding Class A-2 Interest Carryover Shortfall from the immediately preceding Payment Date (together with interest on such outstanding Class A-2 Interest Carryover Shortfall at the Class A-2 Rate, to the extent lawful, calculated on the same basis as interest on the Class A-2 Notes for the same period), over (y) the amount of interest distributed to the Class A-2 Noteholders on such Payment Date.

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;

  • Class M-2 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-2 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-2 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-2 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class A-2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and on which a Trigger Event is not in effect, the excess of (x) the sum of the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 58.00% and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus the product of (i) 0.50% and (ii) the aggregate principal balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Overfunded Interest Amount With respect to any Subsequent Transfer Date, the excess of (A) the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account on such date over (B) the excess of (i) the amount of interest accruing at the sum of the (a) assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate of the Offered Certificates and (b) the Applicable Rate on the Prefunded Amount outstanding at the end of the related Collection Period for the total number of days remaining through the end of the Accrual Periods ending April 25, 2004, May 24, 2004 and June 24, 2004 over (ii) one month of investment earnings on the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account on such date at an annual rate of 0.75%. The assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate will be calculated assuming the Certificate Index is 1.09% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the April 2004 Distribution Date, 1.34% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the May 2004 Distribution Date and 1.59% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the June 2004 Distribution Date.

  • Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Class A-1 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in such Interest Period and a year assumed to consist of 360 days) on the Class A‑1 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑1 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.0008%.

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.

  • Class B-5 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-5 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class C Current Interest As of any Distribution Date, the interest accrued during the related Accrual Period at the Class C Distributable Interest Rate on a notional amount equal to the aggregate principal balance of the Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests immediately prior to such Distribution Date, plus the interest portion of any previous distributions on such Class that is recovered as a voidable preference by a trustee in bankruptcy, less any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to the Class C Certificates.

  • Class A-3 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑3 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑3 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑3 Initial Principal Balance.
