Class A-2 Upper Collar. With respect to each Distribution Date with respect to which payments are received on the Class A-2 Cap Contract, a rate equal to the lesser of One-Month LIBOR and 10.500% per annum.

Class A-2 Upper Collar. With respect to each Distribution Date with respect to which payments are received on the Class A-2 Corridor Contract, a rate equal to the lesser of One-Month LIBOR and 10.280% per annum.
