CLASS A-2A COMPONENT definition

CLASS A-2A COMPONENT means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class A-2 Certificates, which component represents a Certificate Balance equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-2A.
CLASS A-2A COMPONENT. With respect to the Class X-2 Certificates, at any date of determination, that portion of the Notional Amount of the Class X-2 Certificates equal to the Certificate Principal Amount of the Class A-2A Certificates.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-2a Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-2b Rate means, for any Distribution Date and the related Accrual Period, the Benchmark for the related Accrual Period plus 0.07% per annum (subject to any related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment); provided, however, that for any Accrual Period for which the sum of the Benchmark for that Accrual Period plus such applicable spread is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2b Rate for that Accrual Period shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Class A-2a Interest Rate means 0.45% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.8600%.

  • Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.469%.

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.278%.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the Class A-2a 0.55% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2a to the Indenture.

  • Class A Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class A-2b Notes means the Class A-2b Floating Rate Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2b to the Indenture.

  • Class A-2b Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.16% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-2 Rate means [ ]% per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Class B-4 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-4 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-4 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class A-2 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $321,750.00, and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-2 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class B-1 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.

  • Class A-2B Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2B."

  • Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.0840%.

  • Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.

  • Class B-2 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-2 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-2 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.
