CLASS A-2B COMPONENT definition

CLASS A-2B COMPONENT means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class A-2 Certificates, which component represents a Certificate Balance equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-2B.
CLASS A-2B COMPONENT means, (a) in respect of the Class X Combination Notes, a Component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €3,500,000 in original principal amount of Class A-2B Notes in respect of each €28,500,000 in original principal amount of Class X Combination Notes, (b) in respect of the Class Y Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €3,400,000 in original principal amount of Class A-2B Notes in respect of each €33,950,000 in original principal amount of the Class Y Combination Notes.
CLASS A-2B COMPONENT. With respect to the Class X-2 Certificates, at any date of determination, that portion of the Notional Amount of the Class X-2 Certificates equal to the Certificate Principal Amount of the Class A-2B Certificates.
