Class A-3 Noteholder definition

Class A-3 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-3 Note is registered on the Note Register.

Class A-3 Noteholder means any holder of record of a Class A-3 Note.

Class A-3 Noteholder means a Class A-3a Noteholder or a Class A-3b Noteholder.
