Class A-4 Note Rate definition

Class A-4 Note Rate means [*****]% per annum.
Class A-4 Note Rate means seven and 22/100 percent (7.22%) per annum based upon thirty days elapsed each month in a twelve-month year.
Class A-4 Note Rate is defined in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • The Issuer will pay interest on this Note at the Class A-4 Note Rate shown above on each Distribution Date until the principal of this Note is paid or made available for payment, on the principal amount of this Note outstanding on the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made on the preceding Distribution Date), or on the Closing Date in the case of the first Distribution Date, subject to certain limitations contained in the Indenture.

  • The Issuer shall pay interest on overdue installments of interest at the Class A-4 Note Rate to the extent lawful.

  • BNY MTC is hereby appointed Calculation Agent for the purpose of determining the Class A-1 Note Rate, the Class A-2 Note Rate, the Class A-4 Note Rate, the Class B-1 Note Rate, the Class B-3 Note Rate and the Class B-5 Note Rate for each Series 2005-1 Interest Period.

  • On each LIBOR Determination Date, the Calculation Agent shall determine the Class A-1 Note Rate, the Class A-2 Note Rate, the Class A-4 Note Rate, the Class B-1 Note Rate, the Class B-3 Note Rate and the Class B-5 Note Rate for the next succeeding Series 2005-1 Interest Period and deliver notice of the Class A-1 Note Rate, the Class A-2 Note Rate, the Class A-4 Note Rate, the Class B-1 Note Rate, the Class B-3 Note Rate and the Class B-5 Note Rate to the Trustee and the Administrator.

  • So long as the Class A-4 Notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the rules of that stock exchange so require, notices to Class A-4 Noteholders will be published in a leading newspaper having general circulation in Luxembourg (which is expected to be the Luxemburger Wort), it being understood that the term “notices” as it is used in this clause shall not include communications of the Class A-4 Note Rate.


More Definitions of Class A-4 Note Rate

Class A-4 Note Rate means 3.23% per annum.
Class A-4 Note Rate means 4.84% per annum.
Class A-4 Note Rate means 2.178% per annum; provided, however, that if the Class R Certificateholder does not exercise its option to redeem the Notes on the first Payment Date on or after the date on which the outstanding Pool Balance is less than or equal to 10% of the Original Pool Balance, the Class A-4 Note Rate shall on such Payment Date and each Payment Date thereafter, equal 2.678% per annum.
Class A-4 Note Rate means 5.01% per annum.
Class A-4 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2005-1 Interest Period, 4.63% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2005-1 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2005-1 Interest Period plus 0.25% per annum.
Class A-4 Note Rate means, for (i) the initial Series 2003-4 Interest Period, 1.6725% per annum and (ii) any other Series 2003-4 Interest Period, the sum of 0.58% plus LIBOR for such Series 2003-4 Interest Period.
Class A-4 Note Rate means with respect to the Initial Auction Rate Period for the Class A-4 Notes, 1.12% per annum, and for any subsequent Auction Rate Period for the Class A-4 Notes, the rate per annum at which interest is payable on the Class A-4 Notes for such Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 3.3(c)of this Series Supplement.
