Month Year. Following is a report on progress by the Consultant in accordance with the Agreement:
Month Year. Para-Educators are classified as ten (10) month employees and are deemed to be employed as follows: Library Technicians, Laboratory Technicians, Career Information Advisors, Education Assistants, Food Services Cooks and Aides, Kitchen Aides Elementary Counselling Support Workers, Crossroads Alternate Program Youth Support Workers, and Education Assistant Consultant - from the day of school opening in September to the day of school closure in June; Markers - from mid-September to mid-June (actual dates to be established each year). Para-Educators are deemed to be laid off from their termination date in June to recommencement in September.
Month Year. That work period specified for administrative faculty covering 261 consecutive work days, inclusive of paid holidays.
Month Year. (a) Librarians shall be obligated to maintain adequate service based on the library schedule existing at the time of this Agreement.
(b) Librarians shall be required to work an eleven (11) month year with compensation based on an 11/9 ratio of a nine (9) month contract. For example, if minimum pay for a new hire on a nine-month contract is $70,000, a librarian will be paid 11/9 ($70,000) = $85,556. Minimum and Maximum starting salaries for 11-month librarians are shown in Tables 18.1 and 18.
Month Year. (a) Full-time faculty employed to teach exclusively at SACE in programs that do not have a required summer component will be issued 9-month contracts and will be paid negotiated summer school salaries found in Article XVII if they teach in the summer.
(b) Full-time Main Campus faculty who teach some classes at SACE will be issued 9 month contracts and their primary appointment will be to their Main Campus department. Xxxxxxx taught at SACE during the academic year will count toward their regular load. Summer 1lasses will be paid at the summer school rate for either undergraduate or graduate classes, depending on the class they teach

For the purpose of this Agreement and method of computing wage increments, benefits, and conditions of employment herein seniority shall accrue based upon continuous hours compensated from most recent date of hire. A month shall be defined as 173.3 hours compensated and a year shall be defined as 2,080 hours compensated. Compensated hours are defined as vacation, holiday, sick leave, paid leave of absence, time off due to low census and time worked exclusive of standby pay and overtime premium pay.
Month Year. The authority to conduct electronic fund transfers is to remain in full force and effect until the Missionary Church, Inc. has received written notification from me of its termination in such time and manner as to afford the Missionary Church, Inc. a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

All Elementary School Secretaries and Secretaries in the Administration Office, Support Services Department, and Secondary schools, as appointed, are classified as ten (10) month employees and are deemed to be employeed from the Monday of the week prior to school opening in September to the Friday of the week following school closure in June; and are deemed to be laid off for the period in between.
