Class A-4 Swap Counterparty definition

Class A-4 Swap Counterparty means the Swap Counterparty under the Class A-4 Swap Agreement.
Class A-4 Swap Counterparty means Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, in its capacity as Swap Counterparty under the Class A-4 Swap Agreement and its successors and assigns in such capacity.
Class A-4 Swap Counterparty has the meaning specified in Section 1.01 of the Certificate Indenture.

  • Swap Counterparty means Lender or an Affiliate of Lender, in its capacity as counterparty under any Swap Contract.
