Class A-5 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage derived from the fraction (which shall not be greater than 1), the numerator of which is the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-5 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the sum of the Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-3 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-4 Certificate Principal Balance and the Class A-5 Certificate Principal Balance, each immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Class A-5 Percentage. For any Distribution Date, the percentage (carried to six places rounded up) obtained by dividing (1) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Class A-5 Certificates immediately preceding such Distribution Date by (2) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of all Certificates other than the Class PO Certificates and the Class A-4 Certificates immediately preceding such Distribution Date. Class A-5 Prepayment Distribution Percentage: 0% through the Distribution Date in September 2005; 30% thereafter through the Distribution Date in September 2006; 40% thereafter through the Distribution Date in September 2007; 60% thereafter through the Distribution Date in September 2008; 80% thereafter through the Distribution Date in September 2009; and 100% thereafter.

Class A-5 Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of (i) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class A-5 Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) an amount equal to $42,600,000, and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of all of the Certificates of Certificate Group 1 (other than the related Principal Only Certificates) on such Distribution Date.
Class A-5 Percentage means (i) for each Distribution Date to and including the Distribution Date on which the principal amount of the Class A-1 Notes is reduced to zero, 0% and (ii) for each Distribution Date thereafter, 100% minus the Class A2-4 Percentage. "Clearing Agency" means an organization registered as a "clearing agency" pursuant to Section 17A of the Exchange Act.
Class A-5 Percentage. For any Distribution Date will equal the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the Class A-5 Certificate Principal Balance divided by the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of all Loans immediately preceding such Distribution Date (exclusive of the Discount Fraction of the Discount Loans).
Class A-5 Percentage means, for any Remittance Date, on or after the Class A-5 Cross-over Date on which each Class A-5 Principal Distribution Test has been satisfied, an amount equal to 100% minus the Senior Percentage. The Class A-5 Percentage for each Remittance Date, if any, after the Class A-1 Principal Balance, the Class A-2 Principal Balance, the Class A-3 Principal Balance and the Class A-4 Principal Balance, have each been reduced to zero will be equal to 100%. The Class A-5 Percentage for any Remittance Date, (i) prior to the Class A-5 Cross-over Date, or (ii) on or after the Class A-5 Cross-over Date on which each Class A-5 Principal Distribution Test has not been satisfied (and the Class A-4 Principal Balance has not been reduced to zero), or (iii) after the Class A-5 Principal Balance has been reduced to zero, will in each case equal 0%.

  • Class B-5 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-5 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-5 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-5 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B-4 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • CLASS M PERCENTAGE As of any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the Class M Principal Balance by the Mortgage Pool Principal Balance, but not more than 100%; provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class B Percentage equals 0%, the Class M Percentage shall equal 100% minus the Class A Percentage.

  • Class A-3 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑3 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑3 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑3 Initial Principal Balance.

  • Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).
