Class A Account Percentage definition

Class A Account Percentage means, with respect to any date of determination, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount on deposit in the Principal Funding Account with respect to Class A Monthly Principal as of the Record Date preceding the related Transfer Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount on deposit in the Principal Funding Account with respect to Class A Monthly Principal and Class B Monthly Principal as of the Record Date preceding the related Transfer Date.
