Class A Buildings definition

Class A Buildings. Means office buildings in the Austin, Texas area with comparable or better management, construction quality and amenities, including the landscaping and grounds, associated with such buildings as currently exist at the Property, that contain at least 50,000 square feet and structured parking, as reasonably designated by Landlord.
Class A Buildings means Class A office buildings of similar age, quality of construction and size in the Market Area.
Class A Buildings means the buildings and projects similar to the Building and the project in which the Building is located and located in the Burlingame, California geographic area.

Examples of Class A Buildings in a sentence

  • The Premises shall be used solely for general office purposes consistent with Class A Buildings and Tenant shall not use, or permit others to use, any portion of the Premises or Tenant’s rights in the Property for the Prohibited Uses.

Related to Class A Buildings

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Principal building means the main building or structure on a single lot or parcel of land and includes any attached garage or attached porch.

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;
