Construction Quality. The CM shall use its best efforts to guard the District against defects and deficiencies in construction and workmanship of the Assigned Project on the basis of its Site observations, and a quality control program established and implemented hereunder to monitor construction workmanship for conformity with: (i) accepted industry standards; (ii) applicable laws, codes, regulations, ordinances or rules; (iii) and the requirements of the Construction Documents.
Construction Quality. 3. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with applicable standards and international best practice for design, technical specifications, construction supervision, quality control and project management. Sector Development
Construction Quality. 5. The Borrower shall cause MOTC to ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the applicable technical specifications and design, and that the construction supervision, quality control and Project management are performed in accordance with applicable standards and best international practices.
Construction Quality. The Developer Property has been built in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Trendwest, and has been constructed in accordance with all applicable building, fire and electrical codes and all other governmental regulations applicable to the Developer Property. All work done in construction of the Developer Property was completed in a good and workmanlike manner and all materials utilized in such construction were of good quality. To the best knowledge of the Developer, the Developer Property is free of any and all material defects.
Construction Quality. The CM shall guard the Owner against defects and deficiencies in construction and workmanship on the basis of its Site observations, and a quality control program established and implemented hereunder to monitor the workmanship of the Trade Contractors for conformity with: (a) accepted industry standards; (b) applicable laws, codes, regulations, ordinances or rules; or (c) and the requirements of the Trade Contracts. The CM shall, without adjustment of the Contract Price hereunder or the GMCC, as more particularly described in Article 7, below, be responsible for the correction of any portion of the Project installed or constructed by a Trade Contractor which is not in conformity with accepted industry standards and the requirements of the Trade Contract.

The Borrower shall ensure that (i) the Project road is rehabilitated or constructed in accordance with the technical specifications of the design, construction specifications and other documents stipulated in the bidding documents; and (ii) construction supervision, quality control and contract management are performed in accordance with internationally acceptable standards. The Borrower shall cause MOTC and ARD to build, equip, operate, maintain and manage the Project facilities in compliance with all international agreements and conventions to which Armenia is a party. Construction Quality. 3. The Borrower shall cause MOR and the Project Company to ensure that the Project Railway is constructed in accordance with the Borrower's national technical standards, and that construction supervision, quality control, and contract management are carried out in a periodic and satisfactory manner.
Construction Quality. (a) Development Manager shall monitor and coordinate the activities of the Architect and the Construction Manager in determining in general that the work of each Trade Contractor is being performed in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Documents in order to determine in general if the construction work is being performed in a manner indicating that, upon completion, the Facility will be in accordance with the Construction Documents.
Construction Quality. 10. Guangxi through GCD shall ensure that (i) the Project expressway, local roads and bus stations are constructed in accordance with the Ministry of Communications’s technical standards; and (ii) the project construction supervision, quality control, and contract management are conducted in accordance with national standards and internationally accepted practices.
