Class A Notes Factor definition

Class A Notes Factor shall be calculated as follows: NF = 354,500,000 – KR 354,500,000 whereby NF means the Class A Notes Factor which is calculated to six decimal places and KR means the total of all principal repayments of the nominal amount of all Class A Notes paid respectively on each Payment Date up to (but excluding) the relevant respective Payment Date.

Related to Class A Notes Factor

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Class B Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
