Class A Program Fee definition

Class A Program Fee means, with respect to each Payment Date and each Class A Investor Group, an amount equal to the sum with respect to each day in the related Interest Period of the product of:
Class A Program Fee means the ongoing fees payable to the Agent or the Class A Purchasers in the amounts and on the dates set forth in the Class A Fee Letter.

Class A Program Fee means, for any Business Day, an amount equal to the product of (i) a fraction the numerator of which is the actual number of days from and including the preceding Business Day to but excluding such Business Day and the denominator of which is 360, (ii) .075% and (iii) the Class A Invested Amount on the preceding Business Day.
