Class A Reserve Account definition

Class A Reserve Account has the meaning specified in Section 2.7(a) of this Series Supplement.
Class A Reserve Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09(a).
Class A Reserve Account means the account established and maintained as such pursuant to Section 4.7.

Examples of Class A Reserve Account in a sentence

  • If a new Class A Reserve Account is established, HVF shall instruct the Trustee in writing to transfer all cash and investments from the non-qualifying Class A Reserve Account into the new Class A Reserve Account.

  • Initially, the Class A Reserve Account will be established with the Trustee.

  • The Class A Reserve Account shall be an Eligible Deposit Account.

  • In the absence of written investment instructions hereunder, funds on deposit in the Class A Reserve Account shall remain uninvested.

  • All interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) paid on funds on deposit in the Class A Reserve Account shall be deemed to be on deposit therein and available for distribution.

  • The Class B Noteholders shall not be entitled to receive the benefit of amounts (i) available under any Class A Letter of Credit, (ii) on deposit in a Class A Cash Collateral Account and (iii) on deposit in the Class A Reserve Account, in each case until the Class A Notes have been paid in full.

  • During the continuance of an Insurer Default, no amounts in respect of the Insurer Fee shall be withdrawn from the Class A Reserve Account.

More Definitions of Class A Reserve Account

Class A Reserve Account. The trust account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04(g) which shall be entitled "Class A Reserve Account, JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of the Class A-1, Class A-2 and Class A-3 Certificates of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-FF10 Trust, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-FF10" and which must be an Eligible Account. Amounts on deposit in the Class A Reserve Account shall not be invested. The Class A Reserve Account shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.
Class A Reserve Account. The trust account created and maintained by the Securities Administrator pursuant to Section 3.07(i) which shall be entitled "Class A Reserve Account, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as Securities Administrator for Deutsche Bank Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of the Class A Certificates of the ABFC 2004-HE1 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-HE1" and which must be an Eligible Account. Amounts on deposit in the Class A Reserve Account shall not be invested. The Class A Reserve Account shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.
Class A Reserve Account. The account designated as the "Series 1999-1 Spread Account," established and maintained pursuant to the Class A Reserve Account Agreement.
Class A Reserve Account shall have the meaning specified in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Related to Class A Reserve Account

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • FF&E Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

  • Interest Reserve Account As defined in Section 3.4(d).

  • Reserve Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.07.

  • Principal Reserve Fund The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.08 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered Holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22". Funds in the Principal Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

  • Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

  • Debt Service Reserve Account shall have the meaning given to it in the Depository Agreement.

  • Carryover Reserve Fund The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.08 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-BC3".   • Excess Reserve Fund Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Sections 3.07(b) and 3.07(c) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Regular Certificateholders and designated "Deutsche Bank, National Trust Company in trust for registered Holders of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE5, Mortgage Pass-Through Xxxxxfxxxxxx, Series 2006-HE5." Funds in the Excess Reserve Fund Account shall be held in trust for the Regular Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement. Amounts on deposit in the Excess Reserve Fund Account shall not be invested.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Replacement Reserve Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.

  • Reserve Account Initial Deposit means cash or Eligible Investments having a value of at least $____________.

  • Reserve Account Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.7(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.
