Class A Shortfall Amount definition

Class A Shortfall Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, an amount, if positive, equal to (x) Class A Optimal Interest for the related Monthly Interest Period less, if the Originators are not the Servicer, the Class A Servicing Fee for the related Monthly Period minus (y) Class A Available Funds for the related Monthly Period.
Class A Shortfall Amount. ’ means, in respect of a Distribution Date,
Class A Shortfall Amount means the excess, if any, of the Affected Class Termination Payment payable to the Swap Counterparty in respect of the Affected Class Terminated Transaction relating to the Class A Notes over the Affected Class Collateral Proceeds relating to the Class A Notes.
