Class A Term Note definition

Class A Term Note means a promissory note of Nxxxxxx payable to any Class A Term Lender or its registered assigns (in substantially the form of Exhibit C-1A hereto) evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of Nxxxxxx to such Class A Term Lender resulting from the Class A Term Loans made by such Class A Term Lender.
Class A Term Note means the promissory note made by the Borrower to a Class A Term Loan Lender evidencing that Class A Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the Class A Term Loan Commitment, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-3, either as originally executed or as the same may from time to time be supplemented, modified, amended, renewed, extended or supplanted.
