Class A Usage of Class B Notes definition

Class A Usage of Class B Notes means, with respect to any Tranche of Class A Notes, for any Distribution Date, an amount, not to exceed the Required Subordinated Amount of Class B Notes for such Tranche of Class A Notes, determined in accordance with Section 3.02.
Class A Usage of Class B Notes. For each Tranche of Class A Notes, the Class A Usage of Class B Notes shall decrease, and the Class A Available Subordinated Amount of Class B Notes shall increase, by an amount equal to:
Class A Usage of Class B Notes. For each Tranche of Class A Notes, the Class A Usage of Class B Notes shall increase, and the Class A Available Subordinated Amount of Class B Notes shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (13) of this Subordination Waterfall (Adjustments for Reallocation of Unreimbursed Current Charge-offs from Class B to Class C)), by an amount equal to the portion of the Class B Principal Allocation applied to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation Shortfall for such Tranche pursuant to step (37) of the Cash Flows.

  • For each Tranche of Class A Notes, the Class A Usage of Class B Notes shall increase, and the Class A Available Subordinated Amount of Class B Notes shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (8) of this Subordination Waterfall (Adjustments for Initial Allocation of Unreimbursed Current Charge-offs)), by an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Unreimbursed Series Charge-offs reallocated from such Tranche to each Tranche of Class B Notes pursuant to step (31) of the Cash Flows.

  • Class B Notes means the Class B 5.03% Asset-Backed Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.

  • Initial Class B Note Balance means $129,750,000.

  • Class B Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class B Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class B Notes.

  • Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.

  • Class A Note Balance means, at any time, the sum of the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2 Note Balance and the Class A-3 Note Balance at such time.

  • Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.

  • Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $75,000,000.

  • Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Class B Note Rate means % per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 Notes.

  • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.

  • Class B Note means any of the 0.00% Asset Backed Notes, Class B, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-3.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the $359,000,000 Class A-2a 5.14% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the Class A Principal Balance less the Principal Balance of the Class A-PO Certificates.

  • Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.

  • Class A Note Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, a fixed rate equal to 4.10% per annum with respect to the Class A Notes.

  • Class A-4 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 2.11%.

  • Accrued Class B Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class B Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class B Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the principal balance of the class B notes.In addition, on the class B maturity date, the principal required to be distributed to the class B noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of the class B notes to zero.
