This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of a Percentage Interest (obtained by dividing the denomination of this Certificate by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-4 Certificates as of the Issue Date) in that certain beneficial ownership interest evidenced by all the Class A-4 Certificates in a REMIC created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as specified above (the “Agreement”), among Mortgage Asset Securitization Transactions, Inc.
This Certificate is one of a duly authorized issue of Certificates designated as Certificates of the series specified on the face hereof (herein called the "Certificates") and representing an interest in the Class of Certificates specified on the face hereof equal to the quotient expressed as a percentage obtained by dividing the Certificate Balance of this Certificate specified on the face hereof by the aggregate initial Certificate Balance of the Class A-4 Certificates.
As provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class A-4 Certificates are exchangeable for new Class A-4 Certificates of authorized denominations evidencing the same aggregate principal amount.
Subject to the terms of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Class A-4 Certificates will be issued in book-entry form through the facilities of DTC in minimum denominations of $10,000, and in integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof, with one Certificate of each such Class evidencing an additional amount equal to the remainder of the initial Certificate Balance of such Class.
The pass-through rate on the Class A-4 Certificates applicable to each Distribution Date will be 6.000% per annum.
