The Class Action Litigation, relating to Silicosis and Tuberculosis, has been instituted by some of the Class Representatives against a number of respondents, including some of the Companies.
The Plaintiff and Class Counsel shall not solicit interviews by the media and shall not engage in any conduct or make any statement, directly or indirectly, that the settlement of claims contemplated by this Agreement constitutes an admission of liability or an admission of the validity or accuracy of any of the allegations in the Class Action Litigation against IKEA.

The Securities Class Action Adversary Proceeding makes the same allegations regarding the Tibet IPO as the Securities Class Action Litigation; however, the Securities Class Action Adversary Proceeding’s claims are only against the Debtor as the underwriter to the Tibet IPO.
