Class B-1 Unit definition

Class B-1 Unit means a Unit that is designated as such pursuant to Section 3.2.
Class B-1 Unit. A fractional interest in all the interest and rights, if any, of the Partnership attributable to the capital stock of SF Holdings equal to one thousandth of one percent of all such interest and rights.

More Definitions of Class B-1 Unit

Class B-1 Unit means a Unit having the rights and obligations -------------- specified with respect to "Class B-1 Units" in this Agreement.
Class B-1 Unit shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Class B-1 Unit means, as to any Partner, the Partner's interest in the Partnership designated as a Class B-1 Unit on the List of Partners, including any and all benefits to which the holder of such interest in the Partnership may be entitled as provided in this Agreement and under the DRULPA, together with all obligations of the Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, as adjusted from time-to-time as provided in this Agreement.
Class B-1 Unit has the meaning ascribed to such term in the MWE Partnership Agreement.
Class B-1 Unit means a Class B-1 Unit of the Company.
Class B-1 Unit means a Partnership Unit issued by the Partnership pursuant to the Second Amendment to the Agreement, as modified by the Thirty-Sixth Amendment to the Agreement, and having the conversion and other rights, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to distributions, qualifications and terms and conditions of redemption as are set forth in this Exhibit I.
Class B-1 Unit means a Class B-1 Unit as defined in the LLC Agreement.
