Class B Advance Request definition

Class B Advance Request means, with respect to any Class B Advance requested by the Issuer, a Class B Advance Request substantially in the form of Exhibit J-2 (Form of Advance Request) of the Issuer Facility Agreement with respect to such Class B Advance;

Class B Advance Request means, with respect to any Class B Advance requested by HVF II, an advance request substantially in the form of Exhibit J-2 hereto with respect to such Class B Advance.

Class B Advance Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a) of the Class B Note Purchase Agreement.
