Class B Global Note definition

Class B Global Note means a Class B Note that is a Regulation S Global Note or a 144A Global Note.

Class B Global Note means the Global Note representing the Class B Notes. "Class B Interest Margin" means 1.20 per cent. per annum.

Class B Global Note means a Class B Note that is a Regulation S Global Note, a Restricted Global Note or an Unrestricted Global Note.

Class B Global Note means the Global Note representing the Class B Notes. "Class B Interest Margin" means 0.90 per cent. per annum.
