Each Pass Through Trustee hereby confirms to each of the other parties hereto that its representations and warranties set forth in Section 7.15 of the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement and Section 7.04 of the applicable Trust Supplement are true and correct as of the Class B Issuance Date.
