Class B Reclamation Trust Entity Interests Agent means a Person appointed by the majority agreement of representatives from the three holders of General Unsecured Claims with the largest Allowed Claims against the Debtors and pursuant to the terms of the Reclamation Trust Entity Agreement, which Person shall be responsible for holding the Class B Reclamation Trust Entity Interests and for making pro rata distributions to the holders of General Unsecured Claims on behalf of their Allowed Claims.
