Class B Redemption Amount definition

Class B Redemption Amount means the principal amount so redeemable in respect of each Class B Note on the relevant Notes Payment Date which shall be equal to the Available Principal Funds available for such purpose divided by the number of Class B Notes subject to such redemption (rounded down to the nearest euro).
Class B Redemption Amount means an amount equal to the quotient obtained by dividing the Class B Aggregate Redemption Amount by the number of issued and outstanding Class B Shares;
Class B Redemption Amount means the amount, per Class B special share, equal to the paid up capital amount of the Class B special shares divided by the number of issued and outstanding Class B special shares then outstanding;

More Definitions of Class B Redemption Amount

Class B Redemption Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1(b) of this Supplement.
Class B Redemption Amount means the aggregate redemption price for which either Newco2 or Fording Amalco, as the case may be, can, at its election, redeem the outstanding Class B Shares and which will be an amount equal to the aggregate fair market value of the Fording Shares and Fording Subordinated Notes at the time of their transfer by the Trust to Newco2 in consideration for Class B Shares pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement, plus the aggregate amount of all declared but unpaid dividends on the Class B Shares outstanding immediately prior to the time of redemption;

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Series A Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6(a).

  • Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.

  • Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Price means $25,000 per share plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends plus any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period.

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.
