Class C-2 Certificate. Class C-2 Certificateholder", "Class C-2 Trust", "Class C-2 Trust Agreement", "Class C-2 Trustee", "Policy Provider" and "Policy Provider Default" shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
