Examples of Class C-2 Certificate in a sentence

  • The Master Servicer shall treat the rights of the holders of the Offered Certificates to receive payments in respect of Cap Carryover Amounts as rights in a notional principal contract written by the holders of the Class C-2 Certificate, in the case of payments from the Supplemental Interest Trust or Cap Agreement Reserve Fund, and the holders of the Class C-1 and Class C-2 Certificates in the case of payments from the Basis Risk Reserve Fund, in favor of the holders of the Offered Certificates.
