Class D Initial Investor Interest definition

Class D Initial Investor Interest in Section 2 of the Series Supplement is hereby amended by replacing “$51,030,000” contained therein with “$134,640,000”.
Class D Initial Investor Interest means $30,400,000, which amount shall be allocated between the Class D-1 Initial Investor Interest and the Class D-2 Initial Investor Interest as set forth in the Class D Purchase Agreements.
