Class D Note definition

Class D Note shall have the meaning specified in the Indenture.

Class D Note means any one of the 7.46% Class D Notes executed by the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the applicable form attached as Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class D Note means a Class D Note issued pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-8 thereto.

Examples of Class D Note in a sentence

• The principal of and interest on this Class D Note shall be paid in the manner specified on the reverse hereof.

• Any reduction in the principal amount of this Class D Note (or any one or more Predecessor Notes) effected by any payments made on any Distribution Date shall be binding upon all future Holders of this Class D Note and of any Class D Note issued upon the registration of transfer hereof or in exchange hereof or in lieu hereof, whether or not noted hereon.

• As described above, the entire unpaid principal amount of this Class D Note shall be due and payable on the earlier of the Class D Final Distribution Date and the Redemption Date, if any, pursuant to Section 10.1 of the Indenture.

• Such checks shall be mailed to the Person entitled thereto at the address of such Person as it appears on the Note Register as of such Record Date without requiring that this Class D Note be submitted for notation of payment.

• No service charge will be charged for any registration of transfer or exchange of this Class D Note, but the transferor may be required to pay a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any such registration of transfer or exchange.

Class D Note means a DiscoverSeries Note specified in the applicable Terms Document as belonging to Class D.

Class D Note means any one of the Series 2017-2 4.56% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class D, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1, Exhibit D-2 or Exhibit D-3. Definitive Class D Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

Class D Note means a promissory note made by Borrower in favor of a Class D Lender evidencing Class D Loans made by that Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-5.
