Class Exclusion Takedown Payments definition

Class Exclusion Takedown Payments means the payment to be made to the Visa Defendants and the payment to be made to the MasterCard Defendants from the Class Settlement Cash Escrow Account(s) pursuant to Paragraphs 17-20 below. No such payments shall be made from the Class Settlement Interchange Escrow Account(s).
Class Exclusion Takedown Payments means the payment to be made to the Visa Defendants and the payment to be made to the Mastercard Defendants and the Bank Defendants from the Class Settlement Cash Escrow Account pursuant to Paragraphs 21-23 below.
