Class G-2 Pass Through Trust definition

Class G-2 Pass Through Trust means the Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated as of June 3, 1999, among Northwest Airlines Corporation, Northwest Airlines, Inc., and State Street Bank and Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association, as supplemented by Trust Supplement No. 2002-1G-2, dated as of the Issuance Date among Northwest Airlines, Inc., Northwest Airlines Corporation and State Street Bank and Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association.
Class G-2 Pass Through Trust means the Delta Air Lines Pass Through Trust 2002-1G-2 created pursuant to the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as supplemented by Trust Supplement No. 2002-1G-2, dated as of April 30, 2002 between Company and State Street.
Class G-2 Pass Through Trust means the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2002-2G-2.

  • Class B Pass Through Trust means the American Airlines Pass Through Trust 2013-1B created pursuant to the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as supplemented by Trust Supplement No. 2013-1B, dated as of the Issuance Date, between the Company and WTC, as Class B Trustee.

  • Class A Pass Through Trust means the Delta Air Lines Pass Through Trust 2019-1A created pursuant to the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as supplemented by Trust Supplement No. 2019-1A, dated as of the Issuance Date, between Company and U.S. Bank, as Class A Trustee.

  • Pass Through Trust means each of the two separate pass through trusts created under the Pass Through Trust Agreements.

  • Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement means the Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated October 3, 2012, between Owner and Pass Through Trustee, but does not include any Trust Supplement.

  • Related Pass Through Trust Agreement Means the Basic Agreement as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 1998-1B-S dated the date hereof relating to the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 1998-1B-S and entered into by the Company and the Trustee, which agreement becomes effective upon the execution and delivery of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement pursuant to Section 7.01 of this Trust Supplement.

  • Pass Through Trust Agreement means each of the two separate Trust Supplements relating to the Pass Through Trusts, together in each case with the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Pass Through Trusts means all of such Pass Through Trusts. Pass Through Trustee. First Security Bank, National Association, a national banking association, in its capacity as Pass Through Trustee under the Pass Through Agreement and each Pass Through Trust.

  • Pass Through Certificates means the pass through certificates issued by any Pass Through Trust (and any other pass through certificates for which such pass through certificates may be exchanged).

  • Pass Through Trustee means the trustee under each Pass Through Trust Agreement, together with any successor in interest and any successor or other trustee appointed as provided in such Pass Through Trust Agreement.

  • Class G Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class H Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.

  • Class E Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.

  • Class B Pass-Through Rate As to any Distribution Date, 6.500% per annum.

  • Class F Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class C Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.222%.

  • Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.850% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-2 Margin,

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.0008%.

  • Class A Pass-Through Rate As to the Class A-1 and Class A-R Certificates, the Class A Fixed Pass-Through Rate. The Class A-PO Certificates are not entitled to interest and have no Class A Pass-Through Rate.

  • Class A-S Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.4150%.

  • Class A-AB Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.313%.

  • Class D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.00000%.

  • Class B-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.120% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-3 Margin, (2) the Weighted Maximum Rate Cap and (3) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.3300% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
