Class G Common Stock definition

Class G Common Stock means the Class G common stock, par value $0.00001 per share, of the Issuer (including any shares of Class A common stock into which such Class G common stock converts).
Class G Common Stock means the class G common stock of Vacasa, Inc., par value $0.00001 per share, into which each TPG Pace Class G Share is automatically converted in connection with the Domestication Merger;
