Class III Credits definition

Class III Credits means the Pre-Petition Credits provided for in arts. 41, item Ill, and 8, item VI of the LFR against the Obligors, held by persons who are not any of the Obligors themselves.
Class III Credits means the Pre-Bankruptcy Credits set forth in arts. 41, item III, and 83, item VI, of LFR against the Debtor.
Class III Credits means Reorganization Credits provided for in arts. 41, item III, and 83, item VI, of the LFR against the COMPANIES UNDER REORGANIZATION, held by Persons who are not any of the COMPANIES UNDER Reorganization themselves.

  • C&LM Class III Credits Available from CL&P and UI (MWh) Sources: CL&P, UI, and the 2009 C&LM Plan submitted jointly by the two companies.

  • This Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., except for its provisions regarding principles of conflicts of laws, and except to the extent that federal communications law shall apply.

  • Class B-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.120% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-3 Margin, (2) the Weighted Maximum Rate Cap and (3) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Regular Certificates, Class PEZ Regular Interest or Component.

  • Regular Interest A “regular interest” in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code.

  • Class A-3 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-3 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-3 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-3 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Regular Interval means monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual periods.

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A-L Regular Interests The Class A-1A-L, Class A-1B-L and Class A-1C-L Regular Interests.

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Lower-Tier Regular Interest Each of the Class LT-A-1, Class LT-A-2, Class LT-A-3, Class LT-A-4, Class LT-M-1, Class LT-M-2, Class LT-M-3, Class LT-M-4, Class LT-M-5, Class LT-M-6, Class LT-B-1, Class LT-B-2, Class LT-B-3, Class LT-IO and Class LT-Accrual Interests as described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class B-3 Percentage The Class B-3 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.10.
