Class P Member definition

Class P Member includes Philxxxx, Xxilling Specialties, WesTTex 66 and PPIC, and any other Member to whom a Class P Member Transfers a Membership Interest in accordance with this Agreement; provided, however, that a Class P Member shall cease to be a Class P Member upon the Transfer of all of such Person's Membership Interest in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Class P Member in a sentence

  • The Percentage Interest of each Class P Member shall be equal to the product of (i) a fraction, the numerator of which is the credit balance in the Capital Account of such Class P Member as determined in accordance with Section 8.1(b) and the denominator of which is the sum of the credit balances in the Capital Accounts of all Class P Members determined as set forth in Section 8.1(b), and (ii) 50.
