Class Prepayment Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of the Sequential Pay Certificates, the percentage obtained by dividing the portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount distributed to the respective Class of Sequential Pay Certificates on such Distribution Date, by the total Principal Distribution Amount distributed to all Classes of Sequential Pay Certificates on such Distribution Date.
