Examples of Class A-1B in a sentence
For clarity, (i) the Company may elect, independently as to each class, to pay cash Distributions with respect to a Quarter on either, or both, of the Class A-1-A Preferred Shares and Class A-1-B Preferred Shares and (ii) so long as the full Distribution has been made on each Class A-1 Preferred Share pursuant to Section 3.01(b)(i), the Company may (but shall not be required to) make Distributions pursuant to Section 3.01(b)(ii) and Section 3.01(b)(iii).
The Class A-1A Notes, the Class A-1B Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes (collectively, the "Notes") are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture.

For such purposes, the Class B-7 and Class B-7H Certificates (and the Classes of Related Lower-Tier Regular Interests) together shall be considered to be one Class and the Class A-1A, Class A-1B, Class A-1C, Class A-1D, Class A-CS1 and Class PS-1 Certificates (and the Classes of Related Lower-Tier Regular Interests) collectively shall be considered to be one Class.
This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of a Percentage Interest (obtained by dividing the denomination of this Certificate by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1B Certificates as of the Issue Date) in that certain beneficial ownership interest evidenced by all the Class A-1B Certificates in a REMIC created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as specified above (the "Agreement"), among Park Place Securities, Inc.
This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of the Fractional Undivided Interest evidenced hereby in the beneficial ownership interest of Certificates of the same Class as this Certificate in a trust (the "Trust Fund") consisting primarily of the Class A-1B certificates (the "Underlying Certificates") sold by the Depositor.
No allocations of any Realized Losses shall be made to the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-1B Certificates) or the Class P Certificates.
