Class R Unit definition

Class R Unit means a Class R Unit of the Trust and includes a fraction of a Class R Unit of the Trust.
Class R Unit means a unit of beneficial interest in the Trust designated as Class R units.
Class R Unit means a Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class R Units in this Agreement.
